SHIPPING POLICY

Fintorpax LLC ("Fintorpax", "we", "us" or "our") sells digital products only. Nothing sold on fintorpax.com is shipped physically. This policy explains how and when your purchase is delivered.

1. DIGITAL DELIVERY ONLY

All our products are business playbooks delivered as digital downloads (PDF files, together with templates, spreadsheets, scripts and prompts in standard formats). We do not ship printed books, USB drives or any other physical items. No shipping fees, customs duties or import taxes apply to your purchase.

2. HOW DELIVERY WORKS

- Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout.
- A second email containing your secure download link(s) follows within minutes. Depending on your email provider, delivery of this email may take up to 30 minutes.
- If you created a customer account or checked out with an email that has an account, your purchased files are also available to download at any time by logging in to your account on fintorpax.com.
- For the complete system (Vol. 05), you will receive download links for all five PDF volumes plus the templates folder and the operating blueprints.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery is instant and automatic once payment has been processed. In rare cases, payments may be held for manual review by our payment provider for fraud prevention purposes. In that case, delivery may be delayed by up to 24 hours. We will contact you if any additional verification is needed.

4. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR DOWNLOAD EMAIL

If your download email has not arrived within 30 minutes of purchase:
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
- Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct. Typos are the most common reason for non-delivery.
- Add info@fintorpax.com to your contacts or safe senders list.
- Log in to your customer account on fintorpax.com, where your files are available.

If you still cannot find your files, email info@fintorpax.com with your order number and we will re-send your download link, or correct the email address on your order, within one business day.

5. DOWNLOAD LINKS AND ACCESS

- Download links are available for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase and may be used on your own devices (computer, tablet, phone).
- Purchased files remain accessible through your customer account for as long as the Site operates.
- Files are provided in widely compatible formats: PDF for the playbooks, and XLSX or CSV for spreadsheets and calculators. You will need a PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Preview or any modern web browser) and a spreadsheet application (such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers) to open them.
- If we release a corrected or updated edition of a playbook you have purchased, we may make the updated file available through your account at no additional cost.

6. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Because our products are digital, they are available worldwide with no shipping restrictions. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless your store settings show a local currency. Your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee, which is outside our control. Where applicable, VAT or sales tax on digital products is calculated at checkout based on your billing location.

7. SHARING AND REDISTRIBUTION

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Digital Product within your own business. Sharing download links,
